You are my Lego soulmate. I will organise Lego down to within an inch of its life (as you should). I’m a grandmother now and my Lego/Duplo is slowly coming out (at age appropriate moments) so this system thrills me to my very core. 💖💖💖💖💖
The girls don't realize yet but they will know how much you have given them. I don't mean material things...I mean creative wise. You are such a good mom!! This whole video was so fun!!!
Hey! Ok, one of the best things I bought for Lego and craft/art projects are a set of 6 pack of plastic restaurant trays on Amazon. I lined 3 with solid colored fabric to help keep small pieces from sliding around, and the other 3 I kept as is for easy cleaning and scrubbing. I find that using a tray helps make builds more organized, and easier to move and store in-between being worked on. Every time my budding artist gets out clay, or slime, or paint, everything is stored on the tray, including tools, rinse water, paper, scissors, etc. It doesn't confine their creative space, but the trays help to minimize mess, and spills. If dinner time rolls around and we need to clear the table everything can get gathered on a tray, and temporarily moved. We seriously use them all the time! We recently used them for stations for gingerbread house builds, we used them for a paint by numbers set, and a soap making kit my teen got for Christmas. I think I bought them 10 years ago, and have found them to be so helpful!
I’m thrilled with the way you’re providing creative play for your girls. I’m a writer of Christian fiction, and I grew up without many toys. Every toy I had fostered creative play. I’m absolutely certain God used my lack of toys to fertilize my imagination. My constantly active imagination led to my becoming an author. So, well done, Adeline! You’re doing things so right. ♥️
Smart smart Mom too much and they just move toys around ,this helps them be creative! I ove tis more than those over the top stuff people pay so much for!❤🎉🎉
This video was so great! Our mother too was very creative and gave us encouragement and support to nurture creativity as well.. You did a great job. I hope you all enjoy yourselves in the space. 😁
You did a great job setting up the girls’ play room! I’m sure they will have many hours of fun in there. I did something similar when my kids were little. Having a dedicated play/toy room helps keep the rest of the house in better order.
Love watching your channel, you are so organized. I am very much that way as well, makes life so much easier. The girls new playroom is so cute, what a fun place for them.😊
It turned out so perfect! They are at SUCH a fun age, big enough to be mostly self sufficient but also still so innocent and excitable and imaginative :) What great memories they'll have of that space.
Love love this !!!! Ok girl , I have been racking my brain to figure out a good LEGO organizing system. I am so tired of Lego explosion every day, and then the fights to get it all cleaned up!!!! So I am excited to purchase and try the system you are using! ♥️
Oh my goodness! I wish I would have had a room like this to play in when I was little, I had to make my play house out of the basement or whatever was handy but I still had lots of fun and great memories This room you created is just perfect! Great job mom! God bless!
Love this!!! I especially love how you did their kitchen. We picked up a free pink play kitchen off of FB marketplace a year ago for my girl. We're due with a boy soon, so I wanted to find a play kitchen for both of them to play with. I love that they can move the stove and sink and repainting the main items is sooo smart.
I really admire your creativity and ability to engage your children in imaginative play. Maybe it is a little easier that your girls are so close in age. My girls are 5 years apart and now my oldest is 14! I love the organization too. While my youngest is not into legos, I 'm sure the organizational drawers could be useful for something else as long as I label everything!
Hi, about your desk have you considered making it face the center of the place instead of the wall? That way your girl would be able to journal/draw/sew and see/talk too her sisters without aving to turn around every minute. Anyway i just discovered your chanel and i love it. +1 subscriber 😊
Interesting question…they are inspired to create a colorful Lego building, make a hiding spot with colorful cloth, hang brightly colored paintings they’ve made… a neutral backdrop invites open play and creative expression!

I love the way you put the play room together.
The play kitchen area is precious. Ahhhh I swear I just love the feeling of a new year &. new start.

You are right about limiting toys to create imagination.
You have done an amazing job. I love that you know your children. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

Clear stackable tackle boxes are the best for Lego organizations

You and me both! We used to play in the barn, the basement, wherever! 😊
Provide them with some pom poms to use as open-ended food ideas. My kids love them.
