Ingredients:
750 g mutton mince or any meat mince
10-15% mutton fat or 2 tbsp butter/oil
1/2 onion
coriander leaves
mint leaves
green chillies
3-4 tbsp gram flour
11/2 tbsp garlic paste
11/2 tbsp ginger paste
1 lemon juice
2 tsp salt
2 TSP chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp papaya paste or 1 tsp kachri powder or meat tenderiser
