    Honest review: In love with this recipe...!!
    I am from Lucknow itself and honestly it is very similar to the world famous "Tunday Kebabi's- galauti kebabs"... Smells yummy! Tastes yummy!!! So grateful to have found this recipe... tried and TASTED 🥰, and everyone loves it!!!! 😍😍😍

      Possible reasons
      1- too much of fresh rose petals(replace with dried rose petals)
      2- too much of kebab chini
      3- added non-roasted cumin(zeera)
      4- too much of papaya paste
      5-burned onions while frying
      6- added lemon seeds while adding its juice
      (Keep these points in mind next time and skip the fresh rose petals ..they are bitter)

    Best way to use Zafraan (saffron) is to put it in a dry and clean china bowl under light that emit little heat, and allow it to become crisp... Later add milk in proportion... This allow saffron to release it's best Aroma, flavour, colour and texture...

    Bura na mano ..actual me aisa preparation nahie hai ... Actually me first step marinate karke 3 ghante rakhna chaiye ...aapne sabko mix karke ..wahi bata diya aap lucknow ke nahie ho bura na mano

    Is recipe me 2 cheez galt hai Lubna g chironzi or khaskhas we nvr use in this recipe nd second one u missed dagad fool (kalpasi) which is the main spice of this recipe next time use kro fir taste me frk dekho g..nawabo k sher ka famous masala hai g ye..patthar k fool god bless u..

    I just can't stop thanking you for the recipe. I stay in kanpur and my family is just crazy about the Tunday kebabi , they ask people to bring it for them whoever pays a visit from Lucknow.

      The channa powder is a binder fr the kebab make sure it's in right proportion,also any water in the meat will break it

    Hilo mam i am just niw trying yr recipe ....but i dont hv non stick pan i m frying on a regular tawa its not frying and breaking into pieces any solution plzzzzz
