I think as souls we are evolving. However, I also believe that we as souls come to earth to help humanity evolve. In spirit we know a heck of a lot more than we do when in this body because of the ego mind. When we learn how to put the ego aside, then our soul can see the world as it already knows it. Love, peace, joy, etc..
Thats the message I received from source also brother SERVICE TO OTHERS not self . Now I try to help others raise their vibration to evolve. The more I do the more info I learn. Its definitely a process. I have never felt so good helping others.

At one point in my life I would hear ideas and was always interested and respectful but there was a wall there as to what I could or wanted to understand. For whatever reason recently I have been binging your podcast and I want to personally thank you. Let’s just say for lack of better words, I’m having an experience that is truly amazing. I really love this conversation. I remember hearing Deepak Chopra meditates roughly 4 hrs a day. I remember hearing my inner thoughts say. “That’s nice but I got stuff to do”. I was surprised at my own answer like wow so I’m here to do the whole life thing. I’m here to do and create which I forget all the time when I stress out. 😂.
Every person born, awakened or not, are born with a purpose. We die fulfilling our purpose, or reincarnate to continue our purpose. ❤

I've recently found, subscribed & have been binging a bit on your channel. I get something from nearly every one. One or two I could tell weren't for me & I just went to the next one. I LOVED the 4 levels of enlightenment. I haven't had language for where I am - first level of the 4. I do that same thing where I go in & out multiple times a day, and I always know how to access that #1 Channel when I remember again to do so. Thank You Alex!
love these videos, interesting that while i was a Christian i rarely put things into practice and was the most depressed i ever been in my life, i started to doubt god's existence and felt empty for many many years but i never stopped trying to find the truth and i also said to myself i would have a flexible mind took me years to get rid of the hardcore dogma structures i had built. and when i heard esther hicks for the first time it was when my quest for enlightenment began as jonathan said lol and amazingly to myself i understand this information more than in a philosophical way, actually i first understand things intuitively and find it hard to express. the first time i watched this video i did the exercises and they workeed fairly well i may say cus i felt love, i felt i was love. beautiful, i love being were i am spiritually and dont even wanna label it level 1 or anything lol ist just my unique road and never been this happy to stay alive and contribute to this planet.

The gifted founder of Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA, went down in flames for scandals but not before he founded a spectacular center for health and growth.
In 1988 before his demise, I lived in Kripalu for FIVE whole months, first taking paid programs and then doing a program they no longer offer called "Spiritual Lifestyle Training."
I went in at 43 and came out 10 years younger permanently -- what a spectacular experience and this "flawed" Master created this work -- and I certainly wish him well and hope that going forward that his life "righted" itself.
There was mention in this video of the Beatles having gone to be with Maharishi. Just a point of clarification -- they went to be with Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, rather than with Ramana Maharishi.

An awakened life can be pretty funny too. Surprised you didn't mention that. A constant bubbly up inside. Lots of laughter. To let go is a very funny process. Lao-Tzu also lead the way to enlightenment. Not that he laughed so much as he knew that letting go was the Wei. And the results could be ironic at the very least.
All practices are about the balance of interface and centering . The Monarch butterfly requires that the cocoon hangs perfectly straight with gravity for the butterfly to format , and upon emergence , again the wet wings require a time of stillness and correct alignment with gravity for the wings to set correctly , at which point it is formed and able to fly . Simple practices allow this place of gravitaional centering to occur , and thus the spirit can locate themselves in an alignment that allows for flight .

I feel like a cray for admitting but when he said “ imagine you were just born that you are an alien being put in a human body” but I actually have done this many times before and now I’m admitting it because I’ve heard another person say it out loud. All the crazy I thought I created has already been thought of! What a relief 😅 I pretend what if I’m put into this life and I can just imagine a completely innocent perspective than the one that’s been constructed. I do like the “what else is going on idea”I’m going to have to practice that one.
In Patanjali's yoga sutras written 2000 years ago there are various types of enlightenment /samadis stated, and the many ways enlightenment can be reached...it never grows old😊😊

It is, I think , no coincidence that predominantly men study 'enlightenment'. For women it's much easier to live it due to them already being stripped off of much of their ego no matter how well they perform and of course in the course of motherhood of course there is this intrinsic experience of service and own non-existence. So yes, no coincidence that men are craving for it. It's somehow: you always want to have what you do not have : ) contrast..

A very Jewish thought ZZ. Women find G"d easier then men. Women are also not held to time honored Mitzvots (the 613 laws) bc of their schedules in the home.
@@Growthisinthedirt I didn't know that but I knew that only mothers can pass on the Jewish religion, which does make sense , as the contact to the new generation is multiple fold bigger.
@@zz-t8109 there are only 16 million Jews in the world..7-8M in Israel. Israel is only 50 miles wide and 200miles tall. With all the media you'd think there was a Billion of us and Israel was the size of at least Texas!! No just the size of New Jersey 🤗 The Muslims have the whole middle East - 2 billion surround us. And they want our little strip of land (we gave them back 1/2 of what was given back to us after WW2 by England and the UN). If they had control over Jerusalem No One would be able to tour and come to the Western Wall.

I so needed to hear you guys talk on this subject and good on you both for the work/service you do. I am sure it was my guidance that brought me to this podcast because it is exactly what I needed to hear at this stage of my life. Though I’ve been on the path for most of my life I,ve been challenged the last five or six months seeking a new direction which I knew I had to go towards but it was elusive with only hints here and there. This podcast put things together for me as I clearly saw one perception I had which has been an obstacle for a number of years. So thank you to each of you and many blessings to you.
This has been an interesting concept of thinking. I remember my dad trained me to think just like this. I have had Type 1 Diabetes since 1962. When I had to have my injections morning and evening, my dad told me to concentrate on wiggling my toes. So, this stopped me from thinking of the needle being pushed into my skin and me thinking it was hurting. It was very beneficial while growing up with this disease. I even tried sharing with my own children the same method. So, I can understand this whole idea that Jonathan and yourself Alex have been discussing in this video.
This cleary help me to get a clarification of what bliss felt like.
When you say about living with the moment , with the sensation, what we see and what we hear. And with the interpretation of channel 1 and channel 2 got me so open up.
Because a lot of time I was trying to "mediatate" I wasn't fully "in" with the world around , i was still worrying inside my head trying to sees if I was relaxed , lol if thats make sense.
Thanks a lot , I really felt a huge relief that I could really have a quality relaxation in many more moment of life, you guys are heros.❤❤❤
I think the mission of advanced Masters is not chosen "by" them but chosen "for" them to then live out.

I have a friend who is a yogi and he said that when he chose to move forward in life it was hard to be active in life (outside of being a yogi) because being present wasn't the same as staying in "enlightenment" the feeling of bliss in that constant quiet state was almost like being at "home". He said this why a lot of yogis get into drugs to chase the feeling they once had when they lived that lifestyle. Something I think to be conscious of.

Enlightenment is when consciousness sees it is not a person... this is also known as liberation or Freedom from personhood. We are Light.
Love is having a conversation with itself in this interview.
We have to know our divinity.
We are here in this manifest existence ... to be in the kingdom, without question... and almost no one is doing it, except every infant on the planet.
Man knows the knowledge in himself, knowledge is the garden of opposites in consciousness .. AKA the forbidden fruit .. in the absence of knowledge we come to know and live by our divinity. We also come to know our divinity when in Cosmic Consciousness.
