Is this the run with Matt and JT? How did the Gopro chin mount work? Nice video job too. I'm finding the Sena Evo camera is a bit restrictive. So, may jump back to GoPro.

Good morning. Yes that was last week day 3. I was worried about day 2 but that went really well. Day 3 was hard...slippery clay down hills, trees down everywhere and tracks with NO tyre marks, so very isolated. To top it all off a decent river crossing at the end which, if there had been an inch of rain, would have necessitated a turn around! Anyway all arrived home safe. I put my GoPro10 in a roll cage case and didn't like the footage so took it out. Of course a rock had to fly up and smashed the rear screen!!!! I will get it repaired and use the roll cage in future, then adjust in post. I have to learn how to use colour correction and being colour blind I'm sure that's going to go well!!!!
The mount worked well. I put the media mod on but took it off because of rain. Stupid the thing isn't weather proof. I'll try an access door next and run the mic onto the back of the mount. I do like the fact you can remove it in seconds. Be careful when putting your helmet on because it sconed me on the nose a few times. I have a little more video to do so I'll be experimenting.
