Nice Video Greg. Some commentary would have been nice. 😁

I’m working on the commentary and how best to go about it. I find a lot of people waffle on about nothing BUT there is a happy medium, just where that is I don’t know. I put these things together mainly for people to see the country side we ride through here in Australia. I have a media mod for the GoPro now need the mic and the waffling will commend!!

@@gregjansen9080 For what's its worth. I typically bang on about everything during video recording. Using that as a prompt, I do a voice over adding or subtracting voice content as required. Then, remove the original voice track. Leaving the voice over. This way also gets rid of wind noise disturbance..But, unless engine noise is on a separate track you loose that too. Mine is a work in progress too. Hope it's helpful.

@@haitch1980 I'm still winging it and trying to learn. I'm going to subscribe to itchyboots's course and see what she does I think that will help a lot. I like your voice over idea and see it works very well on your videos. I'm looking for a mic but there's just so much "stuff" out there it's hard to make a decision. I'm changing to a Dango mount for the helmet and will mount the mic on the back of the mount which will be inside my helmet. That way I don't have anything wired into the helmet and can remove the whole lot in one. I have a media mod here but haven't used it yet. I didn't realise it's not weatherproof which is strange. I'm looking at the Ulanzi cages an alternative. I'll let you know how I go. I'm off on a ride with John Taylor and Matt Monday week. I'll post a little footage on my return.

@@gregjansen9080 I use a "Puloz" cage. I like them even though they are a bit heavy. OTOH they have a threaded lens cover, which will allow other filters to screw on. For voice over stuff, I am just using an old 🎤 from years back. I'm looking for what they call a "dead cat" fluffy thing to control wind noise on my Sena Evo.
Say hi to Jon and Matt from not so sunny Vic.
