Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V not working in Windows 11/10

tried all these, nothing helped, v key works, ctrl c works ctrl v does not, if i right click paste it works. why is this happening??

Every other shortcut is working properly apart from ctrl+x shortcut key. It works only when i release the ctrl key and keep pressing the x key for a moment longer than usual. Is it a glitch? How can i fix it? Coz I have already tried above mentioned methods. All of them. I'm using a Lenovo 330S Ideapad 14iKb
