    Lunu miris is a spicy Sri Lankan sambol, also known as "Katta Symbol". this is a spicy condiment, which can be eaten with almost any dish that comes to mind. This is a simple but flavourful dish, packed with a chilli punch. Great for Steamed Potatoes, Milk Rice, and even a bit of bread!

      ලුණු මිරිස් වලට ලූණු ඒවෙලාවෙම සුද්දකරල ගන්න. කලින් කැපූ සහ තුවාල උනු ලූණු වල සිදුවන ස්වභාවික රසායනික ක්‍රියාකාරීත්වයක් තමයි තිත්ත රසට හේතු වෙන්නෙ.
      කැපූ ලූණු වල සල්ෆියුරික් ඇසිඩ් වැනි රසායනිකයන් ස්වභාවිකව නිකුත් කෙරෙනවා. ඒවා ජලය සමග මිශ්‍ර උනාම තමයි තිත්ත රස දැනෙන්නෙ.
      ඒ නිසා ලූණු බ්ලෙන්ඩර් කරන හැම වෙලාවකම නැවුම් ලූණු එවේලේම කපල ගන්න.
