Could be interesting when you cannot choose all the good Pokémon you want. You catch 15 to make sure there are some good Pokémon you cannot pick.
@@ret3556 From what I have deduced thanks to the pokemon he is Green-Red colorblind meaning his browns, reds, and greens mix together and are hard to differentiate. Examples would be when he said Rayquaza is only Green and yellow meaning the green in his eyes overlapped on the red and he probably has never seen the red outlines on a Rayquaza before.

I love these silly ways of picking Pokemon but my favorite is still when the opponent doesn't know the moves or ability so when a seaking has lightning rod and heals instead of getting one shot the reaction is just priceless.
An idea: Choose number 1, 2, or 3 of the Pokémon (with random moves depending on its typing), but if it has an evolution then have a pin wheel to decide on if it lands on staying the same, going to the second stage, or the last stage of the evolution.
Challenge idea: Same setup as this video, plus a past video you've done incorporating dex entry information. Pick pokemon based off of pokedex natural abilities. I.e charmander is blaze and squirtle is torrent. Gets tricky cause a lot of pokemon share natural abilities but also tests your knowlegde of what pokemons natural abilities are. Still randomize their abilities and moves, but look up dex info while choosing.
I have a slighty different idea for a future challenge. Maybe you would pick your teams normally, or something simple like 20 minutes do catch a team, but then in Pokemon showdown you couldn't switch pokemons. Maybe it would also be fun picking a team only hearing their pokedex noises.

I'd still like to see a pokemon draft. You each catch 10 pokemon and put them into a pool and take turns drafting them. You could choose whether or not you know the moves/abilities before the draft.
