As you may already know, USMLE Step 1 has transitioned to a pass/fail scoring system. Given that I am financially constrained, I am not sure if I should invest in a UWorld subscription or if doing offline preparation would suffice. I wanted to seek your opinion on this matter, considering your experience and expertise. Do you think it would still be beneficial to subscribe to UWorld, or would offline preparation be sufficient for now? I am looking to save some money for my future endeavors, but I also don't want to compromise my chances of doing well on this exam.
