Paul, as a career firefighter I have to say I have never worked out harder or more consistently or seen better results than I have since following your routines starting in about January. Even the guys I work with have noticed the results! I feel great and I’m always looking forward to the next one. Thank you for all your hard work in continuing to provide some awesome content and for the inspiration! Take care and god bless my friend. Let’s go!
I did this workout today. what a feeling, what a pump, totally out of breath and with a fantastic feeling in the legs afterwards. This workout is one of the hardest I've tried in a long time. Thank you Paul💪🙌
Brutal murderous session all under 20mins, you didn't skip a set or rep, was consistent with rest times, rest was very short for a deadlift session, you talked through the ENTIRE vid, was honest and transparent....absolute UNIT 🗯💣🗯🤜🏾🤝 SALUTE MAN!!! The watch was giving me jokes the whole time you definitely need a Garmin 7 or Epix!!! Although that looked like a Gshock? They're usually not that mad with HRM
I’m finally caring more about legs 🦵🏾 so I’m doing it twice a week now because my upper body build strength so fast. Day 1: Chest/Triceps (Bonus squats 3x10) Day 2: Shoulders/Biceps/Calf Raises Day 3: Quads Leg Pressed/ Dumbbell or Kettlebell Squats/Calf Raises Weekends do any extra small muscles development workouts that’s needed
Blew my lower back in my early 20's from deads. Some body types just not best with them. Hacksquat with barbell behind or trapbar deadlifts all day over traditional deads.
Goblet squats are junk. Do zercher squats. (With a barbell, of course). It's like goblet squats for men. But that is a good idea to super set those 2 exercises.

Love goblet squats i do 20kg 15 reps but just seems as heavy as doing 70kg squats on bar.
Do you have a similar routine for upper body (push/pull)? Thanks in advance.
Quality this 👍
super one
Hey Paul, fantastic quick work out! I wonder if you would mind sharing your height and weight?
He’s posting more!
Hi Paul.. So I have been doing 6 mins planks everyday since a month.. Will it be sufficient enough to build a strong core.. If i continue this ?

Do you do any type of RPR or "wake-up" drills prior to lifting? Thanks!
I typically will do muscle activation, using the same range of motion as the exercise
I cant believe this guy is in his eighties and young kids too🤯
I used to get the most out of all my movements in an exercise, I hated wasting time and unnecessary energy working out
That's crazy doing an exercise like deadlifts to near failure with high reps. That's a good way to wreck your lower back.
Thats why nobody will remember your name
Nonsense
Perhaps if your back is weak and not used to working out.
8 reps are not high reps.
I do up to 15 reps 4 sets

I want to try your set in training today, i'm From russia
When i do squats my watch reads 145 but your doing more than me garmin watch
Fuck bro excellent
Let's go!

Way too much volume for my taste but that's ctazy calorie burn right there
Looks grey to me.
i see you still have chicken legs, maybe too hard exercise without rest or sarcopenia😊

Chicken legs, shit i wish i had his legs 😂
