I think it would be better if you had no idea whether you are eating from a greatly reviewed restaurant or a poorly review one, I feel like our judgement gets a little blurred when we have already heard peoples comments on the food so then you can't be too open minded with the judging, So you can get someone to find the restaurant and order the food for you, It'll be a way better experience for you and also for our viewing

I don't think that's a problem with Quang personally. He seems to enjoy the food despite the reviews. But, what you said is exactly right for the general population. If they see a low rated restaurant, they tend to immediately assume it's bad. Either they avoid it, or when trying, they already have a preconceived notion that will absolutely skew their opinion on the food. Personal reviews online are a double edged sword.

There’s a lot of reasons I love this channel, but after this video I found another one. This guy can seriously cook, but he’s not trashing places like a lot of yelp critics who can’t cook anything more than ramen noodles.
As someone who used to be a chef at restaurants of several different calibers and price points, I can confidently say that every chef I’ve ever known, from the low end to the super high end, has their “trashy” foods that they love and eat all the time. I mean gas station breakfast sandwiches, cheese whiz on top of a slice of ham, little Caesar’s pizza and every dirt cheap grab and go item in between.
