I work at Olive Garden they premake the lasagna in the kitchen then they cook it later, that’s also where they do the mushrooms, soups, and any appetizers. They make everything in the back kitchen then the middle kitchen is where they cook it
Olive Garden is like authentic Italian food like Tex-mex is to authentic Mexican food. Olive Garden is at the bottom of the Italian food barrel I my opinion. My bestie and her family love it! Eeew.
I work at Olive Garden and the lasagna is made individually. They bake it for a hour before it’s served. The fettuccine Alfredo sauce is made in house. It’s just butter buttermilk lots of Parmesan and garlic salt pepper. The lasagna pasta comes pre frozen with the cheese inside and the cooks arrange it and bake it. Olive Garden is not bad I just wish we used more seasonings and used less salt.
I take my girl there all the time. Its one of our favorite spots. I honestly don't know why people hate on olive garden. Its really good. Im in mexico right now and you making me crave it so bad man...
