In Germany we say Döner and the turkish word for this is Kebap
And the food which you were eating in this video is not a "doner"(Döner) its called Lahmacun its the turkish and correct word. Type "Lahmacun" on google and you will see what I mean
Another version is called I think in your speech "durum" and in germany and turkey they say Dürum it's a little different but looks same
