Honestly thank god your building moved like that most buildings in California are supposed to to withstand the waves from the point of an earthquake. What you felt was the roll of the waves from the earthquake underground and your building absorbed the impact and flexed with it rather than crumbling apart like older buildings that weren’t made as well to withstand earthquakes! How freaking insane to feel that!!
Here's a wholesome tip: next time you pull your hair out of your brush, take that hair and put it in a bush or on grass because a bird will find that hair and use it to help it make it's nest.

So every “tall” building will do what you experienced in the start of your video 😆
