The bereaved brave son of Africa- Dr John Garang defined a government

Dr. John Garang bush days defining the term "government" and encouraging South Sudanese to be productive in the liberated areas of "Sudan People Liberation Army/ movement" SPLA/ M, in order to make their government strong. He categorically discouraged the idea of reliance on relief and humanitarian services and encourage self-reliance based on concrete production in the fertile land of South Sudan. He further lamented that humanitarian organisations will come in masquerading as good Samaritan and the notion to come in and help the hungry displaced persons, but instead, they will come and take more from our land.
