    can you show how people react when you use this horn? I was gonna buy one, but I'm afraid it might be too loud and people won't like it

      @prayformywheels  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Sure, I will make a video showing reactions. This specific model should only be used on the street. It is just as loud as a vehicle. They have a few options to choose from.

    Sorry but after seeing Berg's video on the MTen5 it just seems better than the Falcon minus a suspension. I would choose the MTen5 over the Falcon now

      What makes the Mten5 a better option than the Falcon?

      @@prayformywheelscheaper, lighter, smaller, less maintenance, same waterproofing, similar power. You’re paying a couple hundred more for suspension, and people don’t want to spend close to $1800 to run a 2 mile errand

      @@NemoEUC The Mten5 is 13lbs heavier than the previous model and

    I still don't know what to think of the Mten5. I hope they improved the axle and gave it a hollow bore. It is a shame that the Mten mini has a hollow bore axle and the Falcon for example does not. So far I couldn't find any information on the Mten5's axle.
    Also, I am NOT sold on the new frame for the Mten5. It might work good for Mten mini, but that wheel is slow and won't see that much abuse. The Mten5 on the other hand is way faster and might see a bit more rough treatment. Metal just bends (and might be able to be bent back into shape), polycarbonate will crack. Especially in cold weather, making it even more likely to crack, I would prefer metal. On top of that, they used a translucent polycarbonate, which almost always turns out to be more brittle than their opaque counterparts. But I guess we have to wait for all those reviews (hope they being honest and not just catering to Begode to sell them fast...).

      It would be nice if they improved the axle this time around. Thankfully, I have not run into any issues with my Mten4. I'm not sold on the polycarbonate frame as well. Reviewers get excited for new wheels and make it seem like the latest version is perfect. I'm looking forward to long-term reviews from riders.

      @frankvonbismo549 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yeah, it is waiting for now. But it is Begode we are talking about. So by the time the "real" reviews start to come in, they probably already have announced the Mten6 or Mten mini 2 or slt...lol

    I think the MTen5 is a perfect upgrade to the MTen4. If I wanted suspension I would go for the Falcon. I have my Extreme for that. The IP^& rating and slightly larger form factor fits my needs perfectly. I was so excited I ordered an MTen5 within 2 hours of the release! :)
    Just curious, what would moving to 100V mean for the wheel? Are you looking for more torque? I certainly don't want more speed with such a small form factor.

    • @prayformywheels
      @prayformywheels  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The increase in weight from 28 lbs on the Mten4 to 41 lbs makes it no longer suitable as a backpack wheel. A 100V upgrade would increase the motor power, reducing the risk of the rider overpowering the wheel and causing it to cut out. Although there are some good upgrades to the Mten5, I am no longer interested.

      @@prayformywheels Hey, if one can handle the weight, as far as size could it be doable to fit in a backpack? There are some hikers and then military guys who carry even more weight while walking for hours. But if it is too big (like a A2 or Falcon) then it's too bad.

    • @prayformywheels
      @prayformywheels  2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@segundacuenta726 Check out my other videos. I do backpack riding and camping. There's a huge difference between walking with weight and riding with weight. I don't think a normal backpack can fit a wheel of that size. You can try using a frame backpack.

      The Mten 5 can push 30 mph. The Inmotion E20 can only go about 11 mph and it has two wheels.

    Mten4 vs Mten5. Considering double cost, overall. I don't speed, just trying to use as commute to the work, and carry it to the office. Looking for small EUC. I was falling into Mten5 in the beginning, but this video scared me. th-cam.com/users/shortsyYIi2V90cog?si=JVlTCE5H6UqNonfr

      The Mten5 over heats. Begode found a solution for Ewheels. But now the wheel is basically $1300. You might as well get the Mten4 for $900 from Alien Rides

      If you are lucky, you may be able to find some good deals in the secondhand market. Usually when people are trying to get rid of their old wheels, they sell it for a discounted price.
