    Thank you very much for this tutorial! I’m a big fan of your works, your working with colors is something magical🌟 I have a question about your main render/shapes brush. I have a lot of brushes with the same stamp, but none of them makes the same effect, like yours. Could you help to understand how to achieve the same brushstroke, some special settings?

    • @philipsue_art
      @philipsue_art  2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      I think for the most part, the brushes I use helps with texture and edge control. But the main part here is to understand shapes in a general sense so I’m able to create no matter which brush is involved.

    Hola mi nombre es Daniel soy de Argentina !!! , me encantan tus obras, y me gustaría aprender, ahora te hago una consulta: En la plataforma Patreon los videos tutoriales son igual a este video subido en youtube ? o son más detallados con más duración de video y las explicaciones son paso a paso ? si me confirmas que son más elaborados para personas no profesionales, seré un suscriptor. Muchas gracias !!

    Hello my name is Daniel I am from Argentina !!!! I love your works, and I would like to learn, now I ask you a question: In the Patreon platform tutorial videos are the same as this video uploaded on youtube ? or are they more detailed with more video duration and explanations are step by step ? if you confirm me that they are more elaborate for non-professionals, I will be a subscriber. Thank you very much !!!

    Hello Philip! I stumbled upon a 21Draw advertisement about your landscapes class/course, Im wondering if the course you host on there will be more in depth or its basically more or less the same tutorial contents you're posting on TH-cam. I'm very interested to join your course, but Im having budget problem recently, still considering about taking the course at the moment! 😁😁

    • @philipsue_art
      @philipsue_art  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi there! My course on 21 Draw is more for beginners starting out and trying to get into landscapes. My TH-cam videos here are from my Patreon and are more geared towards the creation of my own artworks so meaning more specifically related to the piece itself.

    Any chance when doing something like this you could give us your colour palette and maybe explain what you do with your brushes a bit more, I notice you erase a lot with the same brush that's completely new to me and I really love your style. been trying to do my own stuff like it and its no where even close

    • @philipsue_art
      @philipsue_art  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      In terms of colour palettes, I usually grab a few that I personally like and put them into my canvas. From there I just play around and use what I like and exclude what I don't like. Yup! I paint AND erase equally as much - it's just as you see, I simply brush and erase to find the shapes that I like the most so there really isn't any secret behind it as it's just a personal preference.

    How do you make the background and shadows like fade as a gradient im new with procreate and do not know the basic functions of the app yet. But I want to try a similar style piece.

  • @Manojr47
    @Manojr47 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Some of the PS brush work in Procreate. Will your brushes work on Procreate as well ?

    • @philipsue_art
      @philipsue_art  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Procreate supports the photoshop brush abr. Files so yes it will work. But as photoshop is the native programme of these brushes, how some of the brush effects translates over may not be 100% the same as intended.

    Hello Philip! Im totally a beginner. So I'm wondering if I can use Wacom one to start learning from your course? Or does it have to be Wacom Cintiq?

    • @philipsue_art
      @philipsue_art  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You definitely can! Having a screen or no screen tablet doesn’t affect the artwork itself - it’s more of a comfort and personal preference. I used one of the cheapest non-screen tablet for years before I switched to a Cintiq 😊
