I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I'm working on a new updated PandaDoc video that will be out on Sep 13. There are a few new features that they added since I made this video.
The documents a user sends can be viewed by the user and any admins. Other users won't be able to see the document. If you are the admin and send a document, other users won't be able to see the document (except for other admins). Folders are private by default, until you share them. Ho do you verify the signer identity? This is the most important feature in signing documents and it is omitted here at all. I was able to create document for George P. I created new email and sent it to the email. I used Proxy server and signed the document as George P. Then I am going to threaten George P and ask him to fulfill the contract that he didn't sign. So, how legal is this scenario? I didn't see any identity verification throughout this process that I described. I just want to know if there is an identity verification anywhere in Pandadoc?
Hello. The built-in eSignature technology is legally-binding and ESIGN and UETA compliant. If you create a fake email address you have to prove that the email address belongs to George P. You can read more here: www.pandadoc.com/electronic-signature-software/
@@blungo I didn't see any identity verification process described in this link., other than unsupported statements. What does electronic certificate proves? It doesn't prove identity
You’re going to need DocuSign ID Verification for that. Standard built in to their eSignature product- which is the gold standard for eSignature. DocuSign is a far superior platform IMO.
Go to settings on the bottom right corner, then click on "personal info", and then click on the button "change email". A new window will show up where you can click on "send instructions". Then follow the instructions sent to your current email address.
Nice tutorial, well explained. Thank you!!
Excellent Overview video! Thank you!

Thanks, nice overview.
Can you lock folders for private information? Especially if this is allowing all employees to see it that have access?
