      Hello. I live in Hellas. It is not possible to send such a heavy item. You have to make it your own. I have made a couple of 8 kilos and their dimensions are 27, 24, 8.5 cm. I have added gravel, which adds a lot of weight. I don't know if I could ever constructed a heavier than those 8 kilos ishi-sashi, due to safety reasons. But you can buy a pair of kettlebells and do the same workout.
