ANSWERS about the PSD:
► You can edit the text by double-clicking on the "intuitive" layer. In the new window, you can change it and then hit command+s for the effects to apply.
► Font name is Killigrew I mentioned it clearly in the video at 0:57
► You can apply the effect to your own logo by dragging the effects layer of the "intuitive" layer to your logo layer. Make sure you convert your logo to smart object beforehand.
DISCLAIMER: This tutorial is best suited for people with basic Photoshop skills. Total beginners will have to catch up 🙇♂️

honestly as a beginner myself, i feel it'd be more helpful to people who are learning if it wasnt sped up so quickly, can't even tell what commands we can be using or what tools youre selecting.

great video dude. very precise directions and application, my only complaint would be that you can move very fast. for someone new to photoshop it’s a bit hard to follow along so i had to rewind a lot, but nonetheless i learned a lot and achieved a cool design thanks to you!!

Hi! Great video. I was wondering how, just before you added the arc to the text, you stretched it. Is that a shortcut?
No shortcut. I hit command t and then click on “perspective” and just drag the lower section.

Amazing tutorial! Just a small question, around 3:12 you go and ajust the curves and when i do it I dont know why but it starts pixelating around the edges. Does it have any possible fix that im not seeing? Thank you so much!
hard to say without seeing the actual problem. maybe you didn't link the curves layer like in the video?

1:16 I know it's your personal preference but this little detail makes a difference for those who are learning, I went back a few times to understand what you did
Turn your text into a smart object, then click on edit > transform > warp.
You will see a drop down next to warp that may say custom, select arc. Play with your arc to your liking, then once done click on edit > transform > perspective, and on the top left anchor point drag it towards the middle

When I start the gradient layer and choose my colors it becomes flat. How can I avoid this? would I change the opacity in the gradient settings?
im having the same problem, and if i do just a multiply or overlay the colors go from top to bottom, and on his text colors go through every letter each

Hey great vids! I have one question, when im on the polygon tool and then click the gear icon I didn't have star ratio or at least the same setting as yours, and I just wondering am I missing something?

There is a button for me, but it links all layers below, including the background layer! So that changes in the process...

Awesome video bro! For some reason I cant link the gradient map exclusively to the text. Whenever I add the gradient map, the entire canvas changes color and not just the text which should be in the group layer at 3:39

yes option+click (mac) betweent the two layers you want to clip together.
ive got the gradient map linked to the layer but the gradient map appears like a normal gradient and doesnt reflect the chrome qualities at all (the gradient is just flat and normal like it was added via the layer style menu). any ideas on how to fix this?

@@IntuitiveDesigns How could you say that's not important? I wanted to know how you got it in that format. I didn't know that. Now I'll have to slow up the video to figure out how you got the text the wrap round and arch that way.

Use the distort tool to get the text to look like it's leaning backwards kind of like the star wars text then you go to edit>transform>warp if you are using Photoshop CC you'll see the warp menu has different arches you can use to make it arch the same way he made it arch in the video.
