This was awesome. Kenny, you have saved me so much time over the years with your videos. I actually created a REAPER Tutorial folder in my TH-cam account. It's probably 75% Kenny Gioia videos. You are hands-down the best REAPER resource.
Very very useful video Kenny ... one question though ... the appearance of the selected track in the lefy side how is being done ? I can be a life saver for precision touchesi na mix where you want to lower by little a fader or raise it and it's not possible in the mix due to mouse's sensitivity and the fader length ..
I was thinking the same thing. Although you can adjust the volume with the mouse wheel and holding down Control for fine tuning. Heres Kennys video showing you how to do that if you're interested 👍🏼 th-cam.com/video/KTLfL3B3qi4/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ZJC5MPuppGVx085K
Hi, I have recorded an audio book. as you know the voice stems are not going to be all the same volume. Neither am I sure what dB or Lufs to set them at - Please can you tell me how to find the volume of each voice stem so that I can set them all to the one I am most happy with.
omfg... this is such a great example of what's wrong with reaper. you DO NOT NEED a million fucking ways scattered all over the place to do the simplest thing. and fwiw, 'trim' would be more naturally/logically defined as offset. haven't given up yet, just venting as a musician first vs a fanboi feature geek. ymmv.
The genius that came up with 'dragg track to side mixer view' deserves high praise. Saves me so much real estate and time.
Another awesome, highly informative vid! Thanks Kenny!
