Since your the Wiz! I have a question I'm trying to setup a calendrer for flooring contractor that does works for a flooring store with salesmen. I have made two simple calendars one for flooring bids that the sales team books on, and yhe other one for flooring booked jobs and have them both linked however I have them in a group and on the lead connector app, when they add a custom date rang for a booked flooring job it doesn't block out those multiple days just blocks out the one day the event starts and causing overlapped bookings... would you have any ideas for me thanksss!
My recommendation is to turn on EVERYTHING in Labs, also let me know what niche you are in. If it is not there, they might not have released it to you yet. They might have been doing it in batches
thank you! so that is a current issue with the service calendar, there is no way to do it natively right now with highlevel in an automated way. But I am releasing a video shortly on how to do this.
great tutorial, one question tho'....not sure whether its because of the way you set them up or is it highlevel again, doing something half way, but the moment you switch between groups, you still get showed the other group inside it. it diffuses the whole purpose of the groups
If you are referring to the service menu, it is just the way the UI works. It is one long page, so switching groups does not switch pages it simply scrolls down to that group. but when you have more service per group it will look a bit better because then you will actually see it scroll. but because I did not have many services added it didn't really scroll much
Hey everyone Is it possible to create a service calendar in 2 steps? It's about a business that has 3 locations. I would like to have the option of selecting the different locations in the first step of the calendar and then the different services in the second step. However, I also want to assign the employees to the different locations, is that also possible? In other words, if the customer selects one location and the service, he should only be able to select the employees who also work at this location Do any of you have an idea how to implement this? I'm not really getting anywhere.. I have now considered simply storing the locations as groups, but is it possible to embed the service menu in the website? Somehow I only manage to maintain the individual calendars on the site, but I would like to have the service menu instead, as you can choose between the groups here
can you have multiple service calendars on a single subaccount? for example, can you effectively run multiple estheticians who run separate salons on the same subaccount but on different calendars? can you make different workflows for each and not have to create multiple subaccounts for each esthetician that i create a website and calendar for?
yes you can, BUT I would highly advise against this. If it is a different salon, why not use separate subaccounts. Feel Free to shoot me a DM on Facebook, and I can help you out with this use case.
@@Highlevel_Wiz i would love some assistance, cant seem to find you on facebook. my sons mother started an esthetician business and would love to set this up for her and maybe use this as my niche to work with. let me know if you can give me some advice and how we can get in touch. i already have highlevel but wouldnt mind the helpful insights with this industry.

Why does my account not include rooms, equipment or service menu?
in that account, go to settings, labs, and see if you can turn on Service Calendar. and then refresh, and check if it is there

Hi man, do you know if we can disable the options to bring a group? Also can we change the colour of the service menu? Thanks for the content!
