You are obviously insane. Nick is the driving force behind Duran Duran. Of course, it would not be DD without the Le Bon vocals, but really, Nick has kept it all going and should be respected for his contributions to the music world.
I'd have to say, there's a reason for everything. Thank God for Simon. You know, Stephen is just kicking his own ass by now. Duran just wouldn't be the same without S.J.C.L. The best band ever........period!!!!!! D.D. forever!
Simon = has charisma, and has fame & fortune, but that's mainly due to him being in DD in the 80s. Also, his yacht accident was a big deal in '85. Duffy = has actual musical talent & an expansive recording catalog - solo and with the Lilac Time, & he got to work with many talented and diverse people. None of this would have been possible if he were to stay with DD. As opposed to kicking his own ass, he is contributing to a documentary that was made on his career. It's due out this year.
@IIIIdepechemodeIIII actually it was John who bailed and came back as well as Roger. Nick never bailed, he actually owns the Duran Duran name. He and Simon are the only two who never left. As for the Devils, I love them too. Steven Duffy started with the group, but for some reason they parted ways before they became Duran Duran.
Sooo deliciously gothic! As if I needed more of a reason to adore Nick.
Sounds timeless
my fave on devils...
Oh my....i LOVE THE DEVILS this song is from one of the best album ever...'Dark Circles',what a masterpiece ; )
MAX DURANFAN
This is great!
The title of this song was taken from an essay written by Ernest Hemingway that can be found in his book A Moveable Feast.

Time is soundless.
