Thank you for all the help!! This video help me figure it out the problem I had with my vacuum .. it worth watching every little detail you showed. Thank you!!!
At the flex joint, you only need to hit the back button for the bend feature. The 2 side ones are actually to release the hose from the lower wand for blockages.
I bought two of these plus a Dyson Gen 5 detect. I keep them in 3 different areas of the house. I like the Shark for quick cleanups in the kitchen and other various places. I prefer the Dyson for a more thorough cleaning of my hard floors, plus I I like the hair screw tool and its portability (I take it to another house). Overall, the Shark PowerDetect is super handy - I love it! Great review!
Thanks for the review! This is super helpful! I’m curious if you could weigh the top part of the vacuum with no attachments on? You mentioned it’s heavy and that’s the main reason I didn’t love the Dyson v15 :) thanks!
2 months ago I bought Dyson v8, from Best Buy. the guy told me this would be the last vacuum I should own, I returned it a month later for the Dyson v11, and I used it for 2 weeks and the boost mode got damaged, now I have the shark power, hopefully this would keep me SOLID
I think have to hit the buttons on the side and the back to reduce the amount of people breaking the wand by bending it the wrong way. I currently have the shark stratos cordless stick vacuum and I am on my third wand due to people pressing the wrong button and trying to fold it for storage. The button is annoyingly placed right next to the wand release button and so that button has been mistaken for the button to make it fold. Causing people to try to force fold it and it breaking
ANNOYING ISSUE: The Shark Detect Pro has a small corner sealed compartment inside the clear plastic dust collection bin. The purpose of this seems unknown even to Shark. It has a BIG design flaw in that this compartment is NOT SEALED where it meets the cylindrical plastic outside cover. It collects dust when it shouldn't. Solution: use a PC air blast can at the bottom seal to shake up the dust and a Shop-Vac to try and suck out as much as you can. Then SEAL inside the dust cylinder where it meets this mysterious compartment either with Scotchtape (best) or if you've managed to empty it, with Superglue. Bad Design - Shark and online "technicians" are NO use.
I thought it was the previous version of this vaccum? I think they fixed the issue on this model??? I heard something about this watching reviews on vaccums today 😅
The runtime is really good. I can clean my whole house on one charge and our house gets pretty dirty because we have a lot of pets. Thanks for the feedback...I'll keep this in mind for future vacuum reviews.
@AdrianAmazonFinds that doesn't help me determine if it will do my house... You should tell people battery life times on the box or from the manual at the very least.
@@danielc2913 your entire comment to begin with was lame, if we’re getting technical. It literally says on the device specifications, up to 70 minutes. Now again, I simply stated that if you need to use the vacuum for more than 30 minutes, in one setting, then you must have a mansion. If you have that big of a crib, hire some maids

You have to push just the back bottom for the flex 😊
I’m sold!
Awesome! It's a great vacuum...I've never seen one with features like this.

You're welcome. The top part is about 4 pounds.

I hope this one holds up better than the last two!
How is is so far and versus the dysons?

Supposedly the power detector fixes this problem

This is the 3rd review where no one has bothered to test the runtime....

Bruh you’ll be fine 😂 if it takes you more than 30 minutes to vacuum, then you have a mansion at that point and need to hire professional maids
@@PlatinumHustle what a lame response. 😂
