absolutely love this kind of video when the viewer can go with you and see how it's like in an ordinary Day on the farm. You are One of my favorites to follow.
I have actually watched this video twice so far a bit addicted to listening to that engine if i am honest lol. pleasure to enjoy a real tractor at work and she seems to be running very nice after her recent TLC.
very nice vid George, and this may be a stupid question but i am only trying to learn: for what is the rope that you always have to pull for the unfolding of the rake ?
Hi Hannes, most folding implements have a mechanical lock so that they cannot unfold whilst on the road if the hydraulics are activated by mistake or fail altogether. Hope that helps.
Fords and older tractors and landrovers were designed so they could be fixed in the field with a basic tool box and tools, the machinery nowadays, you have to call someone in with a laptop, its like the basic principles have been lost ..
Sacrificial camera, more raking footage please you arive at the field, then it cuts to where you finish, would like to see more of what happens in between,,

+George Saunders is it normal to hear that grinding noise when you shift gears?
I think it is normal enough on old tractors. If ya can't find her, grind her.
that is becaus it is ah grash box non singron gear box

Classic old skool smokey pokey fords the way forward 👍👍👍
Great vid george. a really sweet tractor and great sound

Grand old ladies.
nice camera angles..makes a repetitive job, interesting to watch! well done sir.
That's not smoke that's "rev plume". That's the way a Ford rep described it back in the 1980's :)
Those other tractors can try but you can't beat that straight pipe!

19:11 no smoke, no poke :)
Any idea of new tractors?
Nice mate. do you ever take the top arms off the rake when going down the road so you dont hit tall trees etc?
The tw looks in fairly good nick boss, has she had a re spray in her life or just looked after? And how many hours has it done?
ahh love the smoke can you possibly do an exhaust cam for the Ford and catch some awesome smoke

@George Saunders is that you I just saw baking near great Barford?
Yes you spotted me!!
Could I ask George where did you acquire this beautiful TW?
A farm close to me in Huntington, I'm actually going back up there soon to do a bit of filming, they run a fleet of modern classics 👍
@@GeorgeSaunders wow bring back memories for you look forward to it do they restore tractors? I'm restoring a 1974 international 354 on my channel 😀
@@liamsmith1310 I'll have a look 👍 they don't really restore but they keep them in very good condition.
@@GeorgeSaunders glad to hear I like things in original condition
Great video George. Engine sounds superb. Are you using additive in the diesel for the TW ?
I've not been using an additive
lol, looks like you zip-tied a foam pad on the side marker. Is that from bumping your head on it all the time?
Very nice !!
hi George great video's do you ever drive Massey Ferguson's tractors
buen video George al tractor parece q le cuesta un poco q entre las marchas no
Could the ford tractor you have run the krone baler if it can can you make a video
How come your not using a fast trac?
You should probably put you foot on the clutch when shifting
If one indecator on the rake dosnt work it shouldnt matter too much becose from behind you can see the indocators on the tractor
what do you use to record
Go pro's and Sony handicam
