yes, but really tight. You would have to wear the soft armor under the plate carrier.

Is this Testudo Lite carrier comfortable for all day use with plates in it? Thanks in advance
Most body armor are not comfortable. Gets hot and heavy, but sometimes stops bullets from penetrating your body. Also the additional weight puts pressure on your vertebrae leaving you with lower back pain when you get older. Hope this answers your question.

Will an 11 X 14 soft armor pannel mess with the placement of a 10 X 12 hard plate when used in conjunction?
