This is great motivation but studying 10-14 hours and preparing 2 years for interviews and following interview process for months all shows he is a top tier student and developer. If anyone who has the persistence and skill to do this they are not average because average person is not doing such stuff and thus they are not at his level.

I am working in a mnc company bangalore. Having package of more than 30lakhs basic pay and shares and bonus on top of it. Currently working from home. This is really an inspiration to me to dream high as I was thinking I can excel in trading which I am trying hard to achieve. But I will also go for a switch outside India as it is always great to hear real inspirational stories.
Now a days many people are flying back to India as expenses are too high in Europe after the war.. You are doing right thing, sitting home and working.. and in parallel trading .

3 crore in Germany is ~330K Euros, which is above average salary but not exceptional, as the thumbnail might suggest. We have many Malayali Software Engineers earning over 1 crore in Bangalore(which I would consider exceptional). Can you get one of them for a discussion or share the link if it has already been discussed?
After tax in Germany(almost 38%) , getting 16,000Euro monthly in Benz is unbelievable.Especially now in Germany many companies are firing people.. Even Engineers with more than 10 patents are finding difficult to get salary above 7k to 8k monthly. Even though if its in BMW, Benz, Audi or any OEM's. Situations are same..As per his linkedin profile, he passed out in 2018, and now he will be having an experience of around max 8 years. For his experience, I would say maximum he can get 1,20,000 to 1,30,000 Euro per annum before tax..After tax around 7250 Euro Monthly(6.5Laks in India), this range is after considering his own patents. Also in Germany as per the rule, every company have to strictly follow some rules while giving salary ( company also have some union and they will not allow to give very high salary to someone, when others are getting less.). He can get huge amount in case if he can work as a consultant (not a direct employee of Benz), where he will be paid based on hourly basis (around 100 to 130 euro per hr). So I believe its little hyped. Anyway interview is good and it motivate those who are looking for job.

This is absolutely wrong information regarding the salary at Mercedes-Benz in Germany. Because i also work there. And people can find the average software engineer salary by simply searching.
Exactly, Benz salaries are IG metal tariffs and salaries are public. Except maybe top executives nobody makes over 120k EUR, which is in hand less than 70-80k EUR
