I have watched dozens or more woodwork videos and every shop is pristine and many have a million dollars in tools. Well here is a shop to make you feel better.
Don't worry my friend, this is simply a really busy woodshop, but remember more organized you are, more productived you are too; greetings from Costa Rica America. Pura Vida
Hey , the main part of your problem is organization , you have too many large benches taking up space . Also the benches have no drawers or shelves with which to organize your tools and supplies . You have extension cords and probably air hoses on the floor which are a hazard . The narrow long benches should be up tight against the walls , raise the wall cabinets to about 18 -20" above the wall benches . Position the 4x8 table 2 to 3 ft away from the wall bench , the 4x8 is your assembly table and the wall bench is for the hand tools to sit on . The bench behind your saw ideally should be 4x5 , you can rip 4x8 sheets of plywood with the 4x5 table to catch material as it comes off the saw . You have a table saw and a jointer which is a good start , a 14" bandsaw and a 12" planer will round out your shop . I've been a cabinetmaker and sash and door man for 48 yrs so i have some experience with shop organizing , it makes work easier when you walk into a clean neat shop in the morning and no sawdust on the floor is a part of that . good luck
Thanks. I think I put off serious rethinking the whole floor plan over hopes of building a new pole barn. Thew reality is I should reorganize. Drawers strike me as the best start.
