Don't waste that hot vinegar water! Put a little (1/2 cup or so) baking soda down the drain where your garbage disposal is. Hit it with a squirt of dish soap. Then pour the vinegar water from your coffee pot on top of the baking soda. The baking soda, soap and vinegar will foam up and coat the insides of the drain and disposal. Leave it for a minute and then rinse with fresh water. Your drain and disposal will be fresh and clean.

How is Ace doing? I’m sure it’s been quite an adjustment for him. ❤️
It’s been an adjustment for all of us. I know he doesn’t like to be alone. He use to stay close to Miss Cali. Now he follows me around so he can see me. He has an incredible memory, so If he could talk, I know he would ask about her. but he does seem to like all the extra attention he’s getting. 😂 Thanks for asking about him 🥰

Your house is so clean sparkles. I used to clean my house, but I’m getting older and getting harder for me and I tried to bring Cleaning Woman and they charge too much and they don’t do that. Good cleaning either.👍

Our dog is only 2 and when the vacuum comes out he is on attack mode 🤦♀️ make it hard to vacuum I don’t want to risk hurting him…but I do have teeth marks in our vacuum..lol

What’s your exercise routine?
Weights, 3 days a week. Yoga and cardio/walking. 3 weeks of weights followed by 1 rest week of cardio. The exact work I follow is P90X.
