As a shopper, I’d say matterports 3D build is more pleasing to look at. Definitely catches your eye compared to a flat blueprint design. But for constructing, and similar numeric detail oriented jobs, iGuide is probably the better option. Both seem similar in virtual tour aspect.
All real estate companies I was contracted by offered only matterport services and no other comparable. Seems more mainstream by larger companies. Probably due to it being easier to stay than change an entire system in a large company.

We all know Matterport charges you monthly for spaces what about iguide? They have initial fee does that includes hosting for unlimited time? Can you export iguide and have it offline and share it as need it? Or need to be hosted to be shared and stored?
