Master duel needs to up your win rates so decks like this have to be properly built. My biggest complaint in master duel is that you can kinda play a game with the coin and just try to go first all the way to master v
It's kinda insane to me how the Branded meta evolved in MD vs the TCG. Because in the TCG it was always puppet lock, but for some reason that doesn't seem to be the most consistent strategy in MD. (Or, maybe it's not able to *win* fast enough)
I think it’s the pressure, in a big tournament in tcg skipping on a card like puppet to give you free wins is hard to pass up. On master duel you can just slam what you want to play knowing you can change it at any time. And if you’re winning without a card like that you never feel the pressure to include it so you don’t.
@mustafaoh9866 so was tear, but I honestly just wanted to catch you in a trap. I like both but people have to much bias to tear, and I believe the biggest reason is that it's a waifu deck. Ishzu tear is one of the reason the game is in the state it's in including Kash a deck ment to completely counter them gameplay/lore wise.
@mustafaoh9866 absolutely. I'm glad we can see eye yo eye on this. Snake eye I believe need 1 last hit in MD because it's already dropping because it's match up vs yubel. Maybe bone fire to 1 or diabellstar to 1. I don't think anything needs a ban. Tcg is a whole nothing story because that deck is at full power for 6 months.
Honestly. The only reason why I can't agree completely is because White Woods and Swordsoul both exist and I love them both. But I will say that right now in Master Duel Centur-Ion is, out of the decks I see most often on ladder, by far the most fun to play against. Their combos are quick and end on a board that, instead of shutting you down from playing, are instead just really resilient. As a Blind-Second Sky Striker player (I have played and loved other decks before but currently this is the only deck I can tolerate playing on ladder), the Centur-Ion matchup feels like a mediuk difficulty classic video game boss battle where I use my breakers to slowly cut away their layers of protection until I can finally break through completely and kickstart my resource game. Their end board is just strong and resilient enough to where I have to think about how to properly get through it, it's not the type of deck where I can just resolve one card and obliterate it, but it is just weak enough to where I am properly rewarded for my decision making and, most importantly:it's just weak enough that I can actually play the game. I strongly believe more decks should be like Centur-Ion. It's such a fun and fair deck. Konami made a fantastic decision when they decided to hit Calamity with the ban hammer to force Centur-Ion players to play their deck in the actual fun way instead of just slamming Calamity on the board and saying "I win". Because Centur-Ion without Calamity is the most fun deck I played against in a while

@@lucifero_il_gatto I never played against Centur-Ion Ghoti yet but my experiences in the past against pure Ghoti weren't that fun so I'm not too inclined to agree. I might be wrong though so I will keep what you said in mind
@@Liliana_the_ghost_cat playing against ghoti depends on having the out, otherwise it is an uphill resource battle. which is only fun to play as and not against, the mechanics of banishing during your opponent turns is what makes it very enticing to play, it is also very cheap and competitive if you already have the runick engine, pure atm is a constant 50/50 because we haven’t received the support. Now centurion ghoti is degenerate because of the calamity lock but I play it as a way to access lv12 synchros and lv8 extenders since the ghoti synchros are generic but it is a WIP
