XB foreground suffers vs stock projectors. Not usually a big deal to most truck users, but it is there. High beam is much better filled on XB vs stock.
The XB Fog lights help fill in that foreground nicely. I run them on my F150 and have been very happy with them. Thank you for watching! -Chris W

I have factory black body color around the headlights 2017 LT. Do these have chrome on them? can I get them in my black body color? so they match the front of my truck.
We have a black trim piece that can be painted.

Mr. Worf about as much as modern OEM led headlights but these look better and perform better.
WeisHama Hama But more than the standard halogen ones on a base truck. These definitely perform better .

Will these work on trucks with factory led headlights or only trucks with the factory hid headlights?
These will work!
How do you adjust the height of the beam output? Got mine installed today but the beam is shining straight down? Just need to raise the height of the light shine so i can see the street signs clearly.
The adjusters are on the top of the headlight and can be turned with a Phillips screwdriver!
Do these work with LTZ headlamps?
Do these come in all chrome (as in the inside compartment, not just the exterior trim)?? If so where could I find pictures? Definitely interested in purchasing these!!

Are these lights comparable on the LTZ/high country models with the OEM LED headlights ?
They are as good as, if not better than, the factory LED headlights. I believe the beam pattern on these is wider than the OEM headlights too. -Chris W

Can tou test the spec d tuning headlights on old gen chevy colorado ( with H1 bulbs )
We'll see what we can do, In my experience the Spec D headlights don't have the greatest projectors but sometimes an HID kit will help brighten them up! -Chris W

Honestly I prefer the stock look. But if stock had the 3 projectors then I’d take that over stock.

Hey there I just installed a pair on my LTZ 17 Silverado 1500 and in the day time my sequentials flash fine, but in the dark they say my turn signal has failed and start flashing fast. Do you have any ideas on how I can fix this problem? Thanks.

$1500 ummm nah I'll keep the stock ones. Plus i have the upgraded d5s 6000k hid bulbs anyways ,so mine are pretty bight. Much better than the stock bulbs.
Fair enough, The D5S setup isn't bad! Especially upgraded. People who love the sequential turn signal and blacked out look tend to go the XB LED route. Thank you for watching! -Chris W
Ever since these have came out and I’ve been on the fence to which way to go. I can’t justify spending another $1000 over the HID upgrade when the output it only slightly better. I already have some Baja Designs pods mounted on my hood anyway 🤷🏼♂️
How do you aim these?
On the back of these headlights there is an adjuster screw, a long Philips head screw driver should help you access this from the top and turning this screw will raise or lower the headlights!

Why did you guys are still doing this headlights with the old ugly yellow reflectors??? That will look better if u have the smoke reflectors on those expensive lights
Morimoto makes these headlights to comply with DOT and SAE. In order to be compliant with those, you need to have amber reflectors. Smoking out those reflectors does make them look much better though!
What a pain dodges are so much easier
These new trucks are getting pretty tricky! I must say, the 2020 Ram Heavy Duty trucks are even harder to take apart than this. It'll be a fun video thats for sure! -Chris W
Taking the housing out, yes. Installing the XB retrofits, no. Definitely easier to wire up on the Silverado.

No, they're sealed assemblies. In the event of a failure, you will need to use the warranty process to get a replacement headlight.

These will work as long as your truck does NOT have OEM LED turn signals.

Not 100% sure about the actual reasoning it wont work. Just know that the guys upstairs told me that they will not work, it was tested and even with some troubleshooting to fix the issue it wouldn't work properly! Sorry!
