    As we age and arthritis with bone on bone shoulders walking is about all we can do. I can see omega, tea, breakfast, stress, but no weights or resistant bands.

    You said don't skip breakfast , other doctors says do intermittent fasting !!! I am confused

      Intermittent fasting is great, however, if you are fasting we recommend skipping your dinner instead of your breakfast! - Team Dr. Janine
