    When you were building the Lyon...
    1) Why didn't you touch the "Side Guns" tab? You could have added four guns to each broadside.
    2) If you moved the third 12" turret to the lower quarterdeck, you might have been able to fit a third pair of 155s.

    ya know, i really with the tabs on the left in design, like "casemate armor" "turret armor" "citadel armor" would sum up the total weight of everything in that category just to better find where weight issues are. Like, veterans could ignore, but somebody getting into the game, or who otherwise is terrible at keeping track of everything but still likes the kind of game, would find some use

      I play lots of Japan and I highly prefer Battleship II to Semi-Dreadnought. It's easy to get some rather large secondary guns on the upper decks that can pen CAs.
      They're both unlocked by the same tech. You'd think "semi-dreadnought" would be better given the name but it just isn’t to me!

    More confident in your ships than I am I suppose. I'm doing refits every 5-7 years and as such dont often build much in the way of newer ships.
    When I do though I tend to do it in big batch classes all in the name of streamlining build times and eventual refits. It works as I had two predreads I built in the 1890s last all the way to campaign's end in about 65 albeit I was unable to effectively refit them past 1930 😅.

    I still don't understand how Power Projection works. Why is it recommended to have ships in all regions/seas, wherever my colonies are? Does it improve our army effectiveness, or the economy, or what? I'm also totally at a loss concerning how land invasions work and how I can support them. For example, if my army is attacking from a landlocked province to an enemy landlocked province, is there anything I can do to make victory more likely?

    • @BrotherMunro
      @BrotherMunro  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Power projection is pretty easy to understand the basics of, more ships and more tonnage means more power projection. More power projection means less chance of you losing transports and more chance of sinking enemy transports. As for land combat there is very little you can do aside from just having the biggest fleet you can.
