I dont think that guitar is coming through the amp, it doesn't sound live. I'm not saying hes not playing, I'm saying the sound is off and its either a track or the other guitar player. Either way pretty cool. Btw this is all pre-planned, not necessarily picking Simon but bringing someone up on stage to play.
Imo, the best live performance of this song. Sure, Simon's playing wasn't what was played over the music (the studio track guitar overlay was put in so he couldn't mess up the song), but the fan interaction, the VOCALS, the showmanship, the crowd control - all of it. Phenomenal.
I think your wrong here, you can see him playing at the start and hear the chord progression he's playing coming through the amp, then the lead guitarist starts playing the same chord progression, his guitars louder. Watch the vid closely you can see
I'm pretty sure all the music is pre-recorded, I'm not sure about about the vocals. If you are a musician, it's kinda obvious if it's fake based on what they do and don't show on the screen. It's still wholesome and amazing regardless, Simon is a rockstar!
@@bucketheadkfcyes, you have the prerecorded track that is way quieter than the instruments and vocalist. But its not like they just play the music and pretend to play the instruments
They have it on low. Usually when they bring people on stage to sing or play guitar they can control their volume and usually they have it off or really low in case they play or sing bad. Sometimes they turn it on high if they sing or play well but they didn't on this case
This is the best fan moment ive ever seen
kid nailed it and has a memory to share with his grankids one day
yes 😍
and his new guitar

He was invited to play next year too
Idk, I thought that his guitar was just quieter since he has higher chance to mess up

This fan boy is Awesome...he nailed it.....
I like the energy but they literally turned his guitar off 😂
Noticed that too

@@mattdoliver1984 right. They had it up until the song started. Then they cut it.
@@jmd489 I think they dropped the volume definitely
@@mattdoliver1984 No, they completely cut it off and played a track over him. You can tell that the guitar is a track, it doesn't sound natural.
Think yunglbud just got a new guitarist
They work so well together, kinda hope he stays haha
They shut his guitar off at 2:20
Simon 🤘 Flippin Rocks 🤘 heck yeah
this is why i wanna learn to play guitar
The peanut gallery not realizing his guitar is literally off, but commenting how awesome he is.

Okay, the vocals are live (besides backing track). This is my first and only song I've seen from this band so far...I need to watch a few more.

Amazing memories for that guy
Did they even have his guitar on at all?
😂😂😂
