My husband's PRIMARY MEMBRANEOUS NEPHROPATHY patient.the pla2r antibody came down from 540 to 140 to 30 then 8 after taking rituximab 1 gram twice in 15 days gap. PROTEINURIA is still high . No bp, no sugar, gfr 110, cretinine perfect. I dont understand what u docs discuss but hope some permanent solution comes for the problem 🙏
It definitely dehydrates me . I guess due to the caffiene content as decaf doesn't .
So whats the conclusion of this video?
Remember not all of us know the medicinal words when you pose your questions - for me it is just ???????
Who is this dude. Love hearing his self talk.
First of all amazing presentation by Dr. Duval! Very informative! I am a healthcare provider but also suffer from lupus nephritis. I'm in the stages of wanting to start a family. ive had lupus since 2011. Im following rheumatology and nephrology closely during this process. I do have proteinuria and ckd.We discussed an option of using Lupkynis during pregnancy. Do you have any experience with this drug during pregnancy for lupus nephritis patients?
Hi Leila! Great job. Happy to support wider understanding of statistics as applied to scientific research. It's so important for more people in every field to understand how numbers can be used and abused! Also great to see music employed in the service of education. I applaud what you and Greg do on a regular basis. Keep up the good work!
Pl tell us other remadies for healthy kidneis Specially for protine uria ❤
It would be interesting to look at the effects of healthy lifestyle changes on the expression of autophagy genes in insulin-resistant people.
Are you allowed to drink coffee in moderation if you have CKD? Anyone can answer with honest and scientific opinion.
If he's gonna go on all day could be a good time to get a coffee....
I can drink 6 cups of coffee a day and quit for 2 weeks and have no problems That's weird all the stuff you're talking about is the opposite my blood pressure stays at 117 over 75 you must be talking about people that put all kinds of garbage and sugar and fake stuff and fast food eaters people that eat carbs junk fake stuff and probably using K-Cups and plastic coffee pots instead of stainless steel
How much increase in mmHg does the caffeine in coffee causes?
Do every thing in moderation, in the near future they will tell you how beneficial coffee is to your health.
I don't believe in a story about coffee which related other nationalities to the discovery of coffee itself. Because it has been fresh in my mind scenes when our father told me that some people have discovered that some seeds when ground emit highly desirable smell and very stimulating and energizing but taste bitter. To which I replied that the bitter taste is not an obstruction to the deriable attributes and effects of coffee itself because it only needs to be added with sugar to be enjoyed. And it was the same story with chocolate, sugar, etc. which, needless to say, started with us. I know these and other real stories; that is why it feels abominable to me each time I hear fictitious stories which have evidently been designed to deceive in order for the ones who fabricated them to achieve what they have never deserved.
My dad died at the age 91 due to a fall his coffee maker always had coffee which he drank during the day he never suffer from HTN DM or Cardiac no kidney or liver problem very strong old man may my daddy soul rest in peace
I wonder who finance this research and study?
Geez, tell us what the science is…
Damn, get to the freakin point of the u tube
As long as you have organic coffee you'll be ok.

I couldn’t understand what he is trying to say I hope he is not a professor
I appreciate this video on one level, but on another level it is too technical and doesn't answer the vital questions if caffeine from coffee is bad for the kidneys, liver, heart, pancreas, and other organs, OR good, and how much coffee becomes bad and how much becomes good. We want practical videos that helps us live a happier life. This is too technical and you don't often define what these terms mean in real terms: what do these receptors, etc., actually create adversely. What does it mean for the body that caffeine creates more urine output? Does that lead to kidney failure? In how many years? These studies' populations are also too small. Any larger studies out there?
bro I have 1 cup and im good.
Thank you for taking the time to gather the researched data points. We would greatly appreciate an update with other data points. At what times of the awoke should you start and stop consumption? Meal consumption coffee before during after? is there any best practice in your belief? Thank you for taking the time to gather the researched data points. We would greatly appreciate it if you could provide us with additional data points. Specifically, we would like to know when is the best time to start and stop consumption of food or beverages such as coffee. Should one consume them before, during or after meals? Do you have any recommendations based on best practices?
Garbage video. What is the purpose of that video? I am more confused after listening to that video what a waste!!
It's the pesticides sprayed on the coffee plant that makes it bad.
I don't drink alcohol, don't smoke, don't do any drugs...and I don't eat junk food....I believe that I can just about drown myself in coffee and still be better of than doing any of the aforementioned....so I have chosen my addiction well as far as I am concerned....now for my next cup of coffee...😁😃😇😜😎
Blah, blah, blah.....
coffee depletes potassium, increases blood pressure, by raising norepinephrine.
I got more information from the comments .... the Dr's lecture was a good h i see to et y lesson but I think he just wa nted to sjow us how "smart" he is, so I turned it off.
Been drinking about 4 cups of coffee per day for the last 40 years...along with a glass of water afterwards of each cup of coffee consumed...just stay away from those silly, specialized, flavored, heavily sugared, high dollar coffee drinks...you'll organs will thank you.
I watched this entire video 2 times and I still don't know if coffee is good or bad for the kidneys and kidney disease. I feel like you wasted my time
How about speaking English,,,,,?
Move Now! Nearly half of the tap water in the US is contaminated with ‘forever chemicals,’ government study finds The highest concentrations of PFAS in drinking water were found in the Great Plains, the Great Lakes, the Eastern Seaboard and Central/Southern California, the study said.
Oh my Elohim so much , information for what !! caffe cafe is the best of the best , go with your doctrine to some body else , bla bla 😂.
My grandfather and grandmother drank coffee everyday....BUT.... After noon 11am the drank only water
When we said coffee is too general and depending on how it roasted , how it grown , what types of condiments use and how it brewed to make sure we are not misleading children
B
?
TLDR: generally coffee is ok with moderation just be sure to get enough potassium in your diet to offset the excression.

Thank you so much Jasleen for wonderful presentation. You know I was wondering you would also highlight on the ways mnerapocortcoid receptor is over-Stimulated in disease condition. You did highlight how its activation results in fibrosis.
