What is the common between Data Type, X-Axis Type, and scroll bar?
What is X-Axis continuous vs categorical? Why I don't see this option? What is this option? How it is related to data type?
We will get answers to all these questions in this video. As always, your feedback is welcome.

Hi there, that option is only available when you are using number/date time value on the x-axis. If you are using a column with type text/string, it will not be available. I hope this helps. Feel free to reach out if you have further question on it. Thanks!

Hey, So in your visual it is showing Jan 2018 and Jul 2018 of every year (6 months diff). So basically I don't want 6 months gap in the axis label. At least we should be able to show Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov bi month label. Can you help me with the same? Thanks!

Hi there, When you are using x-axis type as "continuous" you cannot control what period it shows on the x-axis. I think I mentioned that in the video. If you want to see all the labels on the x-axis then you have to change x-axis type to "categorical". I hope it helps. If you still have another question, let me know. Thanks!
