I raised my kids on Kincaid Liberty on Lincoln and Montrose, I worked at Bert Weinman Ford for 8 years, ate D'agustinos every Wednesday, I was born in Sheffield next to Vic, loved Pat's Pizza, dragged my dad out of 1000 liquors many times and I could go on and on! Once again... thank you so much. I relocated to Tempe Arizona and I been out here 3 years and I don't think I'm gonna make it out here!! Thank you we love you Chicago!

I'd recommend Ravenswood above all else. Great transit, it's beautiful, pretty safe, great to walk or bike around in

I grew up in Chicago but moved away in 1967. I lived near Damen, Lincoln and Irving Park Rd., on Belle Plaine. Very cool to see that intersection again, but I didn't recognize a thing! I have so many memories of walking endlessly around that neighborhood with my friends. Thanks for the video!

I enjoyed the Bike Routes in Chicago they were amazing to commute on a Mountain Bike I rented.
It alot of fun. You can get around fast.
They are nice, unless you ignore stop signs, as the rider at 1:40 does, and give bike riders a bad name.

Do you think that you could do a driving tour of Hyde Park sometime? Your videos are pristine quality and Hyde Park doesn't receive the exposure that it should. If it were a north side neighborhood it would probably be the most desireable in the city. There has been a lot of construction, especially near the university and on 53rd St. I don't think people realize the quality of the architecture or the amount of intact pre-war structures that make up the neighborhood. Thanks again for another great video.

The Rubenstein Forum looks amazing from street level. Solstice on the Park and the new high-rise on 53rd and Cornell have added a lot to the area as well.

Depends. I think Chicago is one of the most interesting architectural cities in the US. But New York has amazing architecture as well.

I lived in this neighborhood in the seventies( 70's) on 3700 w Montrose and also 4700 w Lawrence and also Springfield ave across from McDonald's🍟🍔🍦 I ate there more times than I ate at home🏠

The neighborhoods in Chicago is clearly not congested with people and cars. Most of all seems very clean and open.
This was a Sunday afternoon just as they were lifting some covid restrictions. It's not representative of daily traffic in these neighborhoods.
