Read who posts on TLF for the SpreaderMate... Built my own using their replacement tank+boom parts and everything else else I sourced... DANG that spreadermate is a workout when full of 9 gallons. If I was a professional I would buy a ZSpray after the first week of business :) Now I need to go back and source new spray tips you recommended because my TTI60-11008 I was using behind my garden tractor tank sprayer puts out 1.8 gallons per 1000 @ 3mph walking speed. thanks for all the help in the forum!
Agree - I would not want to push one day in and day out. I have about 4 acres now and I’m using a 100gal sprayer on a compact tractor.

I got a similar drill attachment really cheap from Amazon but its longer by maybe 6-8 inches and mixing end the mixing end is circular and a diameter of 4 inches which makes it fit perfectly inside the Chapin tank sprayers themselves without needing the bucket. Chapin sells an add on filter basket compatible with all (probably almost all) makes of Chapin backpack and hand held sprayers which is a 4 inch circular insert basket filter to pour chemicals through into the tank. Its helpful I add a cheesecloth layer in the basket and for adding humic acid i dissolved from powder form....Anyways the 4 inch size is exactly the same for all models.
These help a lot....but the most helpful is using warm/hot water to mix powders and ultimately clean the tank even quickly after each use.

How many different materials can or do you mix together at one time. I have iron, pest control and Humic. Do you separate certain things at certain times of the year or can you mix them all at the same time ? Thanks

I am curious if you follow the label suggestion regarding mowing one hour before (or four hours after) applying T-Nex?
Mr. Ware, Do you have any regrets/concerns about how close to the wheels that sprayer dispenses the product. I was thinking about a modification that would push the boom about a foot forward, away from the spreader wheels. Seems like it would help the product hit the ground before hitting the wheels. Is this necessary?

What's the difference between feature and regular FAS?
I have a boom sprayer that attaches to the deck of my Walker mower. Do you have any suggestions about the best way to achieve accurate ground speeds for the purpose of calibration? I haven't been able to find any good phone apps.

Hi John, my lawn is getting over run by poa, any idea on a 1 stop chemical that can wipe it all out. I don't really have any other weeds, just this damn poa!!
I'm not sure what grass it is to be honest. I'm quite a newbie to getting my lawn perfect, but i live in the UK so I don't think Bermuda would suit. Ill be reseeding next year with perennial ryegrass, but want to make sure I kill off this poa in the meantime.

I'm new to your channel. Is that Bermuda? If so, what variety is it? I have Tifway 419. Unfortunately, my lawn isn't nearly flat enough to mow as low as you're able to. But that will come with time.
