This Townhouse is nice, Especially that Beautiful Kitchen. Although I don't like the Walk in Shower, I prefer a CLOSED one. But still Nice 👍 The Second house is Nice, But I Think $710,000 is Extremely High, Yes they did some Remodeling, But it's not worth it, And again don't like living behind a lake. No Wonder it's been on the Market for a long time.

OH! that HOMES SITTING sign on your front page i thought said HOME SINKING!! which also may b true and the reason WHY the home is SITTING and not SELLING, hmmm does it come with its own natural sinkhole in the back yard for kids swimming etc?
