I just got a roland kit and I can plug my phone into the drum unit to play along with songs. Is this the best way to do it without running through daws/my computer and dealing with latency? I have a scarlett interface so I assumed I can run a cable from the output of the drum unit to the scarlett then listen through the monitor feature and then just have to balance the EQ of the drums and the songs in the unit itself? Thanks. Not a huge music streamer or performer but I thought it would be fun to live stream my practice sessions. Thanks for the help. I have all the equipment, just need to figure out how to actually run that technical side of it.

Would streaming to an acoustic drumset be feasible? Clearly having electronic drums that don't have the noise linger is supreme, but would acoustic be doable?
