1973 White Compact COE gets new life

Self-proclaimed “sports car guy” George Phillips rebuilt this classic yard tractor over the course of five years. He showed the truck in the PKY Truck Beauty Championship at the 2022 Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, Kentucky.
