When you mentioned "can't be moving while shooting this" - I have some memory from back in the day that this was a generalization about support weapons (or support and medic?) where run and gun was penalized so you could choose whether to trade off "standing still and getting shot" for accuracy. Sym I think used to explain this stuff in detail but now the freemium info is kind of non-verbose and a comparison seems to show the Lewis Low Weight beating the Hellriegel in both ADSStandMoveSpreadInc and ADSStandMoveSpreadDec which seems... weird? Like even if the Lewis is a laser shouldn't an SMG be competitive for ADSStandMoveSpreadInc? Anyway sorry for a long question but I was already wondering about this and you mentioned it in passing.
Honestly I should do more of a deep dive into the stats to really understand what's going on here. But from what I can see with that example I think it makes sense. SMGs are actually insanely inaccurate once you get some distance from the target so it's not a surprise that Lewis would beat out the Hellriegel for that stat. I am not an expert on the weapon stats overall haha
@@Mr.Zilreth I shouldn't bag on Sym too much for scaling back their (non paid) data presentations, they've got to keep the lights on and the info is still very rich even if it's all in "ADSStandMoveMax = 3.25 " heiroglyphics. If I'm reading it right, the LMG accuracy-increase-over-time feature actually doesn't care if you're moving, crouched or prone, it's just all the other handling stats. Which intuitively seems like it'd make supports generically *good* at run and gun, but that ignores if the other weapon handling stats offset it. If I figure anything out I'll comment. Great videos!
I like the Huot but it just doesn’t compare to the chauchat for me. Chauchat low weight is imo the absolute best gun in the game, it is effective at all ranges, has good hipfire, and a decent reload as well as massive damage. It’s like a full auto medic rifle.
I'll tell you what's Huot
Great pun in the thumbnail XD
fr, he really nails them imo
off topic, but what do you think of BF V? you got some gameplay as well?
It's not bad, I haven't played much of it since soon after launch but I'm planning on revisiting it soon

Thanks bro, I'm just gonna continue being blissfully unaware as I play run and gun support

The chauchat really is on another level
It was easiest 10 lvl weapon to perform 300 kills, even easier than Helltiegel imo. Just gotta remember about ammo 😅
Huot is good. Just low fire rate and lacks the punch of Chauchat
It's like a more accurate Lewis with half the magazine. Not a fan. 2/5
pretty much my opinion on it, though idk if it even feels as accurate as the lewis haha
Huot are you saying?
HTF 😂
