I’ve watched every video of this build, along with many many videos on this channel. The run videos are my favorite. Love the truck. Runs good an looks awesome climbing rc mountain
@@RunThatRC yea, I ordered drive shafts for my mn86 and they have a completly different setup which I actually like more if I could ever get them. The first set I ordered didn't fit, the mounting holes were too small and the driveshafts coming off the case were too short. And now I'm waiting for a different set that we ordered after the first set got sent to my old address.........sad days.
I suddenly found myself liking the idea of a little crawler, mainly for indoors. Debating between this, actually the cheaper c24-1 kit, and the sg 1802, trying to keep the price low, since I don't know if I'll stick with it.
these KM kits from wpl will give you a more 10th scale experience with the driving performance. The C24-1 is ok but no where close to km with Res v3 esc receiver system installed. The sg I didn't test because its not my cup of tea looks wise. The WPL scale or 16th scale rigs seem to be the sweet spot for small but still performs well to be a fun runner.
impressive imo. When I started with the WPL C24 kit I really wasn't expecting much. I was happy if it ran over my keyboard and mouse. If it broke O well its a great looking static model now. Then I found upgrades and it became a trail beast and submarine sometimes hahaha.
sorry my translator diesnt work well and its hard to translate these comments for some reason. Here is an older video of my C34 runing this trail. th-cam.com/video/fO0_XOdqvSo/w-d-xo.html
Take a look at the redcat gen7 and 8. They are great performers and can be modified really easily. Also the Caster Racing CJ10 is one good truck from Banggood. I still run mine all the time.
Great truck and video my friend. I have this exact ki my self, and it has always impressed me! Yours as well bud. Love these WPL’s! Happy thanksgiving 🍽🍁🦃 Brother!
giveaway announcement soon. Still haven't locked in a contest or form to give it away. I have been busy with other things since I made the build and running video. I am aiming to announce this week.
I actually have a good experience with the traction on these tires. This hill I'm on has a layer of fine sand on the rock so it has to claw its way to sweep that dirt off before it starts climbing. The wpl tires aren't the greatest in water but on clean rocks and even some mud they are ok for me. Ofcourse there are better tires out there but these suffice for my fun.
came out good and runs like a champ. Darn grub screws! One or two grub screws sometimes gets me on my first runs. You would think I would be smart enough to bring tools. Then again some might say I'm sitting on the side of the trail the whole time fixing these. So I film my experience and you get to see what I experience.

Awesome, thank you!
The camper shell is so cool..
keepin it old-school
Awesome! Sounds like it’s got a big V8
It does! lol
Looks great and runs even better.
its a very impressive little truck. more capable than it gets credit for. Also the tinker possibilities are endless.
Nice hill climb David, the PRO kit really is up there with the KM kits.
I built it with similar specs to my original WPL C24 kit I modified. It performs well for sure.
Awesome build an awesome video like always bro.
I appreciate that
That happened to me on my old mn99. Swapped over to metal drive shafts and the grub screws kept coming loose till I glued them.
yeah these grub screws like to come loose if not thread locked for sure.

I like my stock soft tires but thinking about ordering some big tires like the mudslingers for a scx24 and stretching them onto the wpl size wheels
That sounds like a good experiment.
What a cool build! I love the sound of it!
great job on that pro. I like it. giving me ideas.
thats great! More new ideas help and make these even more fun little rigs.
Very nice vídeo and Toyota wpl truck
Thanks 👍
That was awesome 👍. Perfect combination of WPL goods.
This should be the minimum for a pro RTR. It would help WPL get more attention at the performance for price of these little rigs.

Pretty good performance right there

A sweet cable rig, right there 👌🏽
sure is! And looks great being a hard body.

Dam I need this speaker on m c24 k 👊🏻👍🏻
its a love it or hate it mod. I like it but usually run with it turned off. Fun little rigs we have these days.
I love how the WPL TIRES DONT GRIP FROM SHIT.

That would be a very limited run! lol
@@RunThatRC Ha ha! : )
Hey, do you know why some of these come with a longer motor?
not sure. Probably a mix of old and new batches?
@@RunThatRC probably. And also some have grub screws on the driveline and others don't
