Great points by Andrew. None of what she is accusing them of is out of ordinary business practices. They were foregoing profits for decades to build up their infrastructure and people got to pay up to use it. What’s wrong with that? Who was stopping any of these other companies from investing heavily for the past 2 decades? They didn’t because all they cared about was next quarters numbers and couldn’t find a way to sell their long term vision to shareholders. Simply put, even if Amazon exerts excessive dominance over its 3rd party sellers and other partners, so be it. No one is forcing them to sell on Amazon. They do it because it’s in their best interest!

Customer & shareholder of Amazon since the 1990's... clever companies certainly help ya retire both early & wealthy!

I’m retired at 41 for going all in AMZN 2015 then all of that all in to NVDA in April 2020.

Amazon doesn't care much about it's customers (customer service) otherwise I coulda got my 7000 Dollars I was scammed out of back real quick. I bought from Amazon so now once my item got used I needed a Lawyer to even speak to them about it. That's a bunch of BS.

I lost 2 businesses to Amazon .It’s called capitalism. I couldn’t compete, it’s my loss as a business owner . It’s how the American experience works . We are not a socialist country .

Amazon got big from the start by selling under-cost. The could do it because they were listed on the stock market and diluted shares. Banks would not lend to a money-losing company. Could you do that to better compete? No, therefore it's a market failure. Selling under-cost is considered anti-competitive and regulated against anywhere.
