The video doesn't show the installation of the anti-tip brackets. I didn't see anyone pick up a drill. And how are the anti-tip brackets getting installed if your floor is porcelain over slab? Read the instructions? how about you show it in the video? A picture is worth 1,000 words....
True Units are front breathing and do not require an air gap around the unit. As long as the front bottom grill isn't blocked, the unit will operate properly. Thanks!
