    What is the liquid seasoning? Is this the same as Knoor seasoning? Loved the recipe.

    • @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu
      @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes ma’am. Liquid seasoning is Knorr or Maggi or whatever brand you prefer. Thank you for watching!

    Hello Chef Rose, is the degrees you're talking about is it in degree Celsius or in degrees Fahrenheit? I just want to make sure coz i'll be cooking chicken using your recipe on my coming party. Thank you.

    Thanks Chef, Tried your recipe and it taste good. However can you help me on how to maintain its juiceness even it was roasted several hours after. Thanks

    • @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu
      @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Wrap or cover the chicken after cooking and do not open until you are ready to serve. Air dries out the meat.

      Honestly I used it on my Lechon Manok business. My customers love it's taste but my problem is I need to maintain it on the griller until it is purchased

    • @nestorparale9170
      @nestorparale9170 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I noticed that after 3 hours or more on the griller it turns out dry

      Hai@@nestorparale9170 . I was planning to start a lechon business. What did you do to maintain the juiciness after it was roasted for a several hours?

    Hi Maám how about if I will be using a turbo broiler, how many minutes and how many degrees?

  • @nestorparale9170
    @nestorparale9170 2 ปีที่แล้ว

    If I marinate the chicken and it was roasted after several hours. Is it still good?

    • @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu
      @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you don't over cook it and you keep it warm.

    • @nestorparale9170
      @nestorparale9170 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry, what I mean po chef is if I marinate it today and roast it the next day. Is it still good?

    • @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu
      @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu  ปีที่แล้ว

      Actually that is the best thing to do. Marinate the chicken overnight inside the refrigerator. It is going to be very good!

    Hi chef, is it possible if instead of calamansi juice , I use pineapple juice instead???

    • @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu
      @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes you can but you need to add more pineapple juice to achieve the acidity required. Thank you for watching!

    • @nestorparale9170
      @nestorparale9170 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    • @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu
      @ChefRoseofCaroandMarieCebu  ปีที่แล้ว
