Good morning po from Sydney! Gafayahin ko po ito. Yes meron po akong injector. Tamang tama meron ako nak defrost na whole chicken. Thank you for sharing your recipe. Cheers!!
Hello Chef Rose, is the degrees you're talking about is it in degree Celsius or in degrees Fahrenheit? I just want to make sure coz i'll be cooking chicken using your recipe on my coming party. Thank you.
Thanks Chef, Tried your recipe and it taste good. However can you help me on how to maintain its juiceness even it was roasted several hours after. Thanks
Honestly I used it on my Lechon Manok business. My customers love it's taste but my problem is I need to maintain it on the griller until it is purchased
This is 2nd recipe I searched this morning. The lechon manok looks yummy! I’ll try to do this. Thank you for sharing. 😋😋😋❤️🙏
My pleasure! Enjoy!

What is the liquid seasoning? Is this the same as Knoor seasoning? Loved the recipe.
Yes ma’am. Liquid seasoning is Knorr or Maggi or whatever brand you prefer. Thank you for watching!

The temperature I mention is in degrees Fahrenheit.
Thanks Chef, Tried your recipe and it taste good. However can you help me on how to maintain its juiceness even it was roasted several hours after. Thanks
Wrap or cover the chicken after cooking and do not open until you are ready to serve. Air dries out the meat.
Honestly I used it on my Lechon Manok business. My customers love it's taste but my problem is I need to maintain it on the griller until it is purchased
I noticed that after 3 hours or more on the griller it turns out dry
Hai@@nestorparale9170 . I was planning to start a lechon business. What did you do to maintain the juiciness after it was roasted for a several hours?
Ok sis garud ta mapan ak palengke. thank you
Thank you!
Do we need to preheat the oven po ma'am? At ilang mins po pati exact temp na ginamit nyo po. Thank you, God bless and more followers po!
I preheated the oven. I cooked the chicken at 340F for 1 hour 10 minutes. Thank you for watching!
Hi Maám how about if I will be using a turbo broiler, how many minutes and how many degrees?
350F about an hour.
Hi Chef, can it also be cooked on charcoal griller
Yes, absolutely
If I marinate the chicken and it was roasted after several hours. Is it still good?
If you don't over cook it and you keep it warm.
Sorry, what I mean po chef is if I marinate it today and roast it the next day. Is it still good?
Actually that is the best thing to do. Marinate the chicken overnight inside the refrigerator. It is going to be very good!
Thank you very much Chef Rose
Hi chef, is it possible if instead of calamansi juice , I use pineapple juice instead???
Yes you can but you need to add more pineapple juice to achieve the acidity required. Thank you for watching!
Does it mean brown sugar-2tbsp, soy sauce- 2tbsp, liquid seasoning- 2tbsp and pine Apple Juice- 2tbsp
No you need more. May 1/2 cup pineapple juice.
Chef Rose Caro
