i purchased the Bible to get the FREE APP and trying to download the free APP with my purchase code . but not working . Any suggestions ?

Hello again!
From what our team can see, once you open the Life Bible app on your device, there should be 3 dots towards the top right of the screen (depending on your phone/desktop). Click/tap on those 3 dots and a dropdown menu should appear. The dropdown menu has a "Redeem Code" tab. Once you click/tap the "Redeem Code" tab, the app will require you to sign into your Tecarta account. After signing in, you should be able to submit your code to access the digital Swindoll Study Bible. For any additional questions, we recommend emailing the Tecarta customer service because the digital Swindoll Study Bible is within their app.
