    Just got this in my feed. Two key factors affecting shot selection:
    2 inch difference in height of tin, and height of the pros. JK 5'6.5” (1.69 m). Farag 6.0' (1.83 m). Farag is 5.5 ins. taller!

      Absolutely correct! There are certainly extraneous factors affecting the variation in game :) All the best,

    Good analysis. Diffrent situations, diffrent equipment, diffrent movements. Jansher movement was almost similar to Farag.

      Thanks Kashif. You're absolutely correct re Jansher. I've made a video on that movement as well. It will be released later in the week 👍🏼💪🏼 Glad you're enjoying the content.

    one point is in jahangir and jansher's case both were in middle and jahangir was more over tea and far frim corner compare to Farag who was bit close and on right side. This cannot be easily analysed due to position and also the speed from different positions

    thanks for another great video clip analysis
    i am wondering if the planted hand affords more stability to the average player; and does it allow for faster recovery as there is one more limb to push off from?

      My pleasure Nicholas. It will definitely create more stability. A couple of challenges arise from (1) mobility and flexibility to get that low in the first place, (2) getting used to putting the hand down because it can get injured from the impact if improper and not practiced. The key will be to practice getting in to that position in a static way, and then gradually progress it until finally reaching a dynamic situation 👍🏼

      Oh, and it won't directly help with the push off (that's primarily from the legs), but it will help through the stability component (and a marginal benefit re push).

    jansher played from top of ttee in center and knowing how close jansher could stretch in drops...

    No comparison with Jehangir in terms of technique and placement. It's just like comparing Roger Federer with Wawarinka or Zeverer.

      Dear Umair Sahib, your comments are heart touching. When Jhangir Khan was on his peek Someone said very rightly that "he is a human Machine" that's why the machine inside him win 555 matches without loosing.
      He is the greatest athlete world has seen todate.

    Jahangir has the better record so clearly he did it better

      The best record ever! The purpose of the video is to show that some things haven't changed, and that the current generation learned from the older generation 💪🏼 there's a lot of respect between them :)

    I guess you still need a lil bit more analysis on exact location of players in court.

    • @ARProformance
      @ARProformance  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Absolutely. I don't track the exact percentages and details re. location etc. There are some other groups doing that - like Cross Court Analytics. Check out some of their content if you're keen :) All the best,
